What are the typical career paths available at Medpanel?
Analyst, Research: Analysts at MedPanel assist with the design, execution, and analysis of selected studies commissioned by biopharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, and financial services companies. Analysts typically have 1-3 years of experience in market research and at least a bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field.
Manager, Research: Research Managers commonly have 2-5 years of experience in market research, with excellent client service skills. Research Managers are a primary point of contact between the client and the research team and oversee the design and execution of our projects, and direct the analysis of data to provide insight for our clients. Research Managers will oversee and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, and are expected to establish strong relationships with our core clients.
Director, Research: As a senior member of the research team, Research Directors have a dual role in both overseeing market research projects, and in establishing best practices for our research processes. Research Directors typically have 4-6 years of market research and/or consulting experience and are very comfortable in a fast-paced, client-centric and entrepreneurial environment. Research directors provide strategic thinking and analysis in project planning, survey and discussion guide development, and creating end deliverables.
What our employees are saying about their experiences working at MedPanel:
“I first joined MedPanel as a summer intern after my junior year of college. Upon graduating with a degree in Psychology, I went on to work at an online marketing firm. However, I returned to MedPanel shortly after as an Analyst. From Analyst, I was promoted to Manager, and then to Director. As a Director, I lead national and global healthcare projects at MedPanel for both industry and financial services clients.”
“Not only have I learned a tremendous amount at MedPanel, but I have also had the opportunity to continuously take on new responsibility. MedPanel promotes both personal and professional growth through a highly collaborative team environment which in turn, ensures high quality outcomes on every project.”
“After studying public health, MedPanel gave me the analytical tools to build on my interest in healthcare. MedPanel did not put me in the typical Analyst role but instead involved me in every step of the market research process. Due to the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the research team, I developed the skills to move quickly into a Manager position and work directly with clients.”
