MedPanel is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell,
share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed
in this statement. MedPanel collects information from our users at several
different points on our website. MedPanel shares identifiable information
such as name, location, current clinical expertise, and title with potential
customers. Personal information is used to assign appropriate users to appropriate
projects.
Registration
In order to use the workroom, a healthcare professional must first complete the online application
form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information
(such as name, email address, work address, and specialty). This information
is used to contact the healthcare professional about upcoming projects on our site. This
information is also used to compile lists of potential project participants
when MedPanel is discussing new projects with customers.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement,
and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are
not linked to personally identifiable information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes.
We use cookies on this site, but we use only session ID cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser.
We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

Sharing
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners. Healthcare professionals'
names are revealed to customers during the discussion about potential or current
projects. Customers are also given access to healthcare professional name, hospital affiliation,
school, and field. This is to align the customers' needs with the ideal experts
in their field. We do not share our information with marketing firms. You
should never receive a solicitation from a vendor other than MedPanel due
to your participation in MedPanel. If you do receive such a solicitation,
we ask that you notify us immediately at janet.bernard@medpanel.com or by calling
(617) 532 5700. We do not have any method to opt out of the data sharing mentioned above.
If you do not want your information shared in the manner above do not register on the site.
Bulletin Boards/Chat Rooms
If you use a bulletin board or chat room on this site, you should be aware that any personally
identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a healthcare professional about
our site, we ask them for the healthcare professional's name, address and/or email address.
Once the information is collected we contact the person and ask them to register.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users
submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected
both online and off-line.
We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our healthcare professional Coordinator or Panel Moderator) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. We communicate with
the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to
their account via email. Email is the primary method we use to communicate with users,

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code),
or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a
way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.

Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how
