To understand current practices and trends in the treatment of obesity via banding procedures.

 Secondary objectives include:

§    Quantify shares of surgical methods currently used to treat obesity as a percentage of procedures.

§    Understand ideal patient characteristics (age, BMI, other factors) for banding procedures.

§    Compare perceptions of Allergan and Lap-band versus Ethicon Endo-surgery and SAGB.

§    Identify drivers for use of the Swedish Adjustable Gastric Band (SAGB) by Ethicon Endo-surgery and the Easyband by Allergan.
