Objectives:
To periodically track changes in usage of Revlimid by surveying a set of Oncologists and Hematologists regarding their current and future practices in treatment of patient with multiple myeloma (MM) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Specifically to:
§ Determine the current market share held by Revlimid and other medications for MDS/MM patients.
§ Evaluate Revlimid based on physician and patient opinions.
§ Anticipate the future use and changes from current use of Revlimid.
§ Reveal side effects and cost issues Revlimid patients experience.
