Study Description and Objectives

Panel Intelligence engaged a set of 11 neurologists to determine the potential for bapineuzumab based on recently released phase 2 data via an online panel discussion. Secondary objectives of this study included the following:

·       To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of bapineuzumab based on phase 2 data

·       To assess the validity of the study design and end points of the clinical trial

·       To evaluate the significance of the trial outcomes among ApoE4 carriers and non-carriers

·       To gauge the future potential and limitations of bapineuzumab in clinical practice
