9.       In November 2009, concerns began to surface regarding the impact of several coverage policy decisions on XLIF from various managed care organizations. Specifically, Cigna, UnitedHealth, Aetna, and Humana have declared XLIF as experimental/investigational and do not want to reimburse for this procedure. Have you or your partners experienced any denial of coverage decisions on XLIF from insurers following these policy changes?
